As of July 30, 2010, the share capital in Diamyd Medical AB (publ.) is 14,530,138.50 SEK. The total number of votes is 4,200,116 and the total number of shares is 29,060,277, divided among 1,437,876 shares of series A (1 vote) and 27,622,401 shares of series B (1/10 vote).
This change is due to the exercise of granted employee stock options in the stock option plans of 2007/2010, approved by the Annual Meeting of Shareholders 2007.
