Metsäliitto Cooperative signs a EUR 400 million Syndicated Credit Facility

Metsä Group’s parent company Metsäliitto Cooperative has today signed a new EUR 400 million syndicated credit facilities agreement. The loan is used to refinance the current syndicated facility maturing in April 2014. The new facilities mature in February 2019. Pohjola acted as coordinator of the facility. Other arrangers were Danske Bank, DNB, Nordea, Swedbank and SEB.
