Case Design/Remodeling, Inc. wins GuildQuality’s 2011 Guildmaster Award
Guildmaster Award winners demonstrate their ability to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience
Bethesda, Md. – July, 2011 – Case Design/Remodeling, Inc., a leading DC Metro area home improvement company, announced today that it has been awarded a 2011 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. Case Design/Remodeling was one of 154 home builders, remodelers, developers and contractors throughout North America recognized for their superlative performance.
In granting awards, GuildQuality, the customer satisfaction surveying firm that awards this recognition, considers two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers who would recommend the company and the percentage of customers who responded. GuildQuality reviewed more than 18,000 surveys on behalf of the 2011 Guildmaster Award applicants, and Case Design/Remodeling was recognized for the second year in a row for its exceptional customer service.
