Mycronic signs SEK 2,000 million bank financing agreements

Täby, 14 May, 2018 - Mycronic AB (publ), has signed SEK 2,000 million bank financing agreements with Nordea and Handelsbanken.

The bank financing consists of a SEK 1,000 million agreement with Nordea and a SEK 1,000 million agreement with Handelsbanken with corresponding terms. The agreements replace the current SEK 700 million facility with Nordea.

The new bank financing runs for five years on market terms and strengthens Mycronic’s position regarding future acquisitions and growth.
