NATTO: NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN VPS

OSLO, NORWAY (02 February 2018) – Reference is made to the notice on 24th November 2017 and 21st December 2017 about issue of shares to Synergia Life Sciences Pvt Ltd through a private placement.

The shares have now been registered in VPS and will be eligible for trading on the Oslo Stock Exchange as of today, 2nd February 2018.

The total amount of shares available for trading in NattoPharma after this is 18,129,933.
