Natto: publishes supplemental prospectus

NattoPharma ASA hereby releases a supplemental prospectus to the prospectus dated 10 April 2015. The supplemental prospectus has been reviewed and approved by the Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority.

The information in the supplemental prospectus shall be considered as a part of the prospectus dated 10 April 2015 and as a part of the basis for subscription of the new shares offered in the Rights Issue and the Public Offering directed towards Swedish investors.

The supplemental prospectus is attached to this stock exchange notice. The supplemental prospectus will also be available at the company's webpages, www.nattopharma.com, at the webpages of Norne Securities AS, www.norne.no, and at the webpages of Avanza Bank AB, www.avanza.se.

The supplemental prospectus will also be available in paper copy at the company's headquarters at Kirkeveien 59B, 1363 Høvik, Norway.
