Nederman Holding AB has today signed an agreement to sell all shares in Dantherm Filtration Oy to Indutrade Oy.

Indutrade’s subsidiary Tecalemit Oy has distributed Nederman’s products in Finland during 27 years and has a strong market position. Dantherm Filtration provides products and solutions that complement Nederman in strategically important areas and the purchase of Dantherm Filtration Oy gives Tecalemit the opportunity to bring a broader range of products to the Finnish market.

Sven Kristensson, President and CEO for Nederman comments the agreement: ”The Indutrade subsidiary Tecalemit has been a successful distributor of Nederman products for many years and has achieved a leading market position in Finland. This transaction further strengthens Nederman’s and Indutrade’s mutual competitiveness on the Finnish market.”

Dantherm Filtration Oy has 12 employees and a yearly turnover of about 3 MEUR. The agreement will be signed January 3 2011 and will generate a small capital gain that will be reported during the first quarter 2011.

This business transaction is a part of Nederman’s ongoing analysis of its businesses and operational structure, following the acquisition of Dantherm Filtration.
