NEXT Biometrics secures multi-national, brandname design-win

NEXT Biometrics AS has signed an agreement with a multinational tier 1 company.

NEXT will supply their demand for fingerprint sensors in multiple products to be launched in H2-2015.

The agreement is the result of a 12-month process of evaluations and negotiations.

The application is within the smartphone / tablet / notebook market segments.  Further details will be disclosed upon the launch of the products in H2-2015.

The unit volume projected by the customer is in 7 digits.
