Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from BlackRock, Inc. on January 19, 2018, according to which BlackRock, Inc.'s indirect holding in Nokian Tyres shares exceeded level of 5% of the share capital in Nokian Tyres plc, as a result of share transactions concluded on January 18, 2018. The indirect shareholding of BlackRock, Inc. in Nokian Tyres has increased to 6,914,391 shares, corresponding to 5.03% of Nokian Tyres’ shares and voting rights.

The mutual funds managed by BlackRock, Inc. held on deal date a total of 7,452,928 Nokian Tyres’ shares representing 5.42% of company’s 137,266,582 shares and voting rights.
