Changes to the Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA

Tore Viana-Rønningen has given notice of his resignation from the Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA. The resignation will have immediate effect and the board will in consultation with the company's nomination committee consider suitable replacements and call for an extraordinary general meeting to elect such in due course.

Nordic Mining holds exploration rights on the Øksfjord Peninsula in Troms and Finnmark, where the Company has discovered a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation. Nordic Mining is also exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
