NANO – MANDATORY NOTIFICATION OF TRADE

Marco Renoldi, who is the Chief Business Officer of Nordic Nanovector ASA, has today purchased 70,000 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA at an average share price of NOK 34,92 per share.
Following the transaction, Marco Renoldi will own 70,000 shares and 278,137 options in Nordic Nanovector ASA.
