Nordic Nanovector AS: Issuance of shares to HealthCap VI L.P
HealthCap VI L.P has pursuant to the subscription agreement entered into on 26 September 2013 between Nordic Nanovector AS (the “Company”), HealthCap VI L.P. and certain shareholders of the Company subscribed for 1,666,666 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 15 per share (MNOK 25 in total) (USD 3.9). The share capital increase related to the issuance of the new shares has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new share capital of the Company is NOK 5,297,608.2 divided into 26,488,041 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.2.
