Nordic Nanovector ASA: Share capital increase registered

Oslo, Norway, 5 July 2018.

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Nordic Nanovector ASA (the "Company") (OSE: NANO) on 3 July 2018 where the Company announced that the board of directors of the Company had resolved to increase the Company's share capital in connection with the exercise of RSUs.

The share capital increase has been duly registered in the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following such registration the Company's share capital is NOK 9,818,336.60 divided into 49,091,683 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.20.
