Nordstjernan acquires 50 percent stake in Llentab

• Nordstjernan acquires 50 percent of the shares in Llentab, a manufacturer of steel buildings
  
  
• The transaction strengthens Llentab’s financial position and allows for expansion efforts
  
  
• The Lindblad family will remain with an ownership of 50 percent

Nordstjernan has acquired 50 percent of the shares in Llentab. A new share issue accounted for the majority of the investment, while the acquisition of existing shares from the Lindblad family accounted for a minor portion. The Lindblad family will retain a 50 percent stake.

Llentab manufactures steel buildings based on a proprietary product concept. The company is present in eight countries and is a leading player in the Swedish market. Llentab’s head office and primary production facilities are based in Kungshamn, Sweden, with an additional production facility in Poland. Leif Lindblad – whose sons, Stefan and Fredrik, currently manage the operations – established the company in 1972.
