Nordstjernan invests in Diös Fastigheter AB

Nordstjernan has acquired 5.05 percent of the capital and voting rights in Diös Fastigheter AB from the Bengtsson family’s holding company, Bengtssons Tidnings AB. In addition, Nordstjernan also has an option valid until September 9, 2019 to purchase the Bengtsson family’s remaining holding of 5.05 percent.

Diös, northern Sweden’s leading property company, owns, manages and develops centrally located properties in ten growing cities, with a key focus on urban development and local presence. Diös’s property portfolio is valued at just over SEK 20 billion, with slightly more than 50 percent of its properties comprising office premises and annual rental income in excess of SEK 1.7 billion. The Diös share is listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
