Noreco announces NOR06 approval to file an early tax assessment and the subsequent dissolution of Noreco Norway AS

Oslo, 25 January, 2017: Reference is made to the summons for a bondholder meeting published 18 January 2017 in which Noreco Norway AS (the “company”) seeks approval to file an early tax assessment and the subsequent dissolution of the company.

A Bondholder meeting in NOR06 was held today at 13 00 CET, at Nordic Trustees offices in Oslo. There were sufficient Bondholders present at the meeting to form a quorum. The proposed resolution obtained 93.81 % of the votes, and the proposal was adopted according to the voting requirements of the Bond Agreement. The Bond Agreement will therefore be changed as set out in the summons to the meeting.
