Presentation of second quarter interim report

Stavanger 26 August 2015: As previously announced, Norwegian Energy Company ASA and Noreco Norway AS (Noreco) will publish interim reports for the second quarter on Thursday 27 August. The reports will be published on www.newsweb.no and www.noreco.com.

Management will be available in an earnings call on Thursday 27 August at 09:00 CET. The presentation material for the call will be published in parallel with the interim reports. After a brief presentation, questions will be answered. Please forward any questions you may have to investorrelations@noreco.com, preferably prior to the call. Questions which can not be answered during the call will be answered by email later.
