Number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides

Stockholm —31 July, 2018 Oncopeptides AB (Nasdaq Stockholm, ONCO) today announces that the number of shares and votes in Oncopeptides has changed as a result of exercise of warrants under the company’s incentive programs.

Through the exercise of warrants under the company’s incentive programs, the number of outstanding shares and votes will increase by 233,000 from 43,786,021 to 44,019,021. The share capital will increase by approximately SEK 25,889 from SEK 4,865,113 to 4,891,002.
