On 15th December 2011, DnB NOR has, on behalf of Opera Software, purchased
6,635 shares for use in the group's employee share purchase plan (ESPP).
The shares have been acquired at a price of NOK 28,12, based on an
average price obtained by optionsholders in the period of 8th-15th
December. The discounted share price to the employee is NOK 23,90 per
share.

The following primary insider has purchased shares:

Joakim Kasbohm, purchased 355 shares at NOK 23,90. Following this
transaction, Kasbohm holds a total of 2,777 shares and 63,750 options
in Opera Software.

Jason Hoida, purchased 355 shares at NOK 23,90. Following this
transaction, Hoida holds a total of 5,928 shares and 199,000 options in
Opera Software.

Charles McCathieNevile, purchased 177 shares at NOK 23,90. Following
this transaction, McCathieNevile holds a total of 7,554 shares and 2,100
options in Opera Software.

Aaron Michael McParlan, purchased 177 shares at NOK 23,90. Following
this transaction, McParlan holds a total of 327 shares in Opera Software.
