Change to Ovako’s board of directors

Ovako today announced that Nizar Ghoussaini at his own request is resigning his seat as a director on Ovako’s board of directors as of December 31, 2017.

"We wish to express our gratitude to Nizar who through his industrial experience and expertise has provided important knowledge to Ovako's board," said Joakim Olsson, chairman of the board.

As of December 31, 2017, Ovako's board of directors will consist of Joakim Olsson (Chairman), Martin Ivert, Johan Pernvi, Sakari Tamminen and Ingalill Östman, as well as employee representatives Robert Nilsson and Timo Viiperi.
