Tore Bertilsson appointed Vice Chairman of Ovako’s Board

Ovako today announced that Tore Bertilsson has been appointed Vice Chairman of Ovako Group AB’s Board of Directors.

Tore Bertilsson has extensive industrial experience from leading positions and directorships. He was a member of SKF’s group management for 24 years, where he was the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until 2013. Tore Bertilsson is Chairman of Semcon, Perstorp, Ludvig Svensson and the insurance company PRI Pensionsgaranti. He is a Director of INGKA Holding BV (IKEA), JCE Group and Salinity. Tore Bertilsson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance and Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.
