Pareto to introduce a listed light industrial real estate company to the Nordic market

Logistri Fastighets AB (publ), a newly established company has acquired a portfolio from Alma Property Partners comprising eight light industrial assets across southern Sweden.

The portfolio includes a gross lettable area of 100,000 square metres. The properties are fully leased with a weighted average lease length of ~15 years.

Logistri Fastighets AB is managed by Pareto (Nordic real estate AUM of approximately EUR 4 billion), that today manages approximately one million square metres in Sweden alone, whereof 40 per cent comprises logistic and light industrial assets.

In connection to the transaction Pareto raised EUR 65 million, from primarily asset managers, foundations and high net worth individuals, on behalf of Logistri Fastighets AB.

Cederquist acted adviser to the buyer and Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton to the seller. Logistri Fastighets AB, is scheduled to list itself on the multi trading facility Aktietorget during October 2017.
