After nine years as the CEO Jaana Tuominen has announced that she will leave Paulig Group to become President and CEO of Fiskars Corporation.

During Jaana Tuominen’s leadership, Paulig Group has strengthened its position as an international company with several, strong brands in the portfolio. At the same time, the group has developed into an increasingly stable and profitable business with four divisions led by skilled leaders.

Jaana Tuominen has also set a strong focus on the corporate culture, which enables a strong and good foundation for the company’s future success.

“Together with all the board members I regret that Jaana will leave Paulig Group. She has led the company during nine very successful years and made a big impact. She will now leave a company that is well-dressed for the future”, says Chairman of the Board, Mikael Aru.

Jaana Tuominen has a six-month notice period, which means that she will start in her new position in January 2018, at the latest.
“The board will now start the process to appoint a successor”, Mikael Aru says.

“I want to thank Jaana for her excellent achievements within Paulig Group. I wish her the best of success with her new challenges”, Mikael Aru concludes.
