Robin Hallberg new Board member at Paulig Ltd

Paulig Ltd's Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held in Helsinki on April 20. The AGM appointed Robin Hallberg as a new member of the Board. He replaces Christian Hallberg, who has been a Board member since 2011.

Robin Hallberg was born in 1974, and he is Bachelor of Business Administration. He lives in Finland.

The Chairman of the Board, Mikael Aru, was re-elected by the AGM. The other Board members are: Christian Köhler, Eduard Paulig, Harri Pulli, Jon Sundén (re-elected) and Sanna Suvanto-Harsaae (re-elected). Berndt Heikel continues as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Joachim Borgström continues as a Board Observer.
