Peab builds 91 apartments in Uppsala

Peab has been commissioned to build 91 new apartments in the residential area Rosendal in Uppsala. The customer is Rosendal Fastigheter and the contract is worth SEK 217 million.

The contract is for the construction of an apartment building of 91 condominiums with two to five rooms and a kitchen. The building will also contain two greenhouses, a wine cellar with a community room and a sauna. A restaurant and bakery are included in the planning for the ground floor.

Work will begin in April and it is expected to be completed in the spring of 2019.

The project was order registered in the first quarter of 2017.
