Peab builds a factory and freezer storage for Findus

Peab has been contracted to build a new factory and freezer warehouse in Bjuv with Findus as a tenant. The project is being built for Peab Property Development and it will be completed and ready for sale in May 2015. The facility will be included in orders received for business area Construction, but eliminated in the group.
The contract amounts to SEK 576 million.

The new factory will have six pack lines and have an area of ​​6,500 sqm. The freezer warehouse will operate with high environmental standards and be one of the most modern in Europe. The freezer house in Bjuv will be a 38 meters high building of 20,000 sqm, which will have room for at least 80,000 pallets.
