Peab builds a new city block in Munkebäck

Peab has been commissioned to build 146 apartments in the city district of Munkebäck in Gothenburg. The customer is Riksbyggen and the contract is worth SEK 281 million.

 Together with Riksbyggen Peab will build two tenant owned associations with a total of 146 apartments, of which 67 will be senior homes for Riksbyggen Bonum.

This is a turnkey contract. Project planning will begin in April and construction is expected to start in January 2018. Completion of the entire block is planned for 2021.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2017.
