Peab builds apartments in Oslo

 
Peab has been contracted to build 75 new apartments in Oslo. The client is Seilduksgata 25-31 and the contract amounts to 176 MNOK.

The apartments will be built in Grünerløkka in downtown Oslo. The contract consists of both new construction and renovation of the old Låsfabrikken. Work has begun and is expected to be ready for occupancy in December 2017.

The project will be reported in the third quarter of 2015.
