Peab builds car park in Västra Hamnen, Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build a car park in Västra Hamnen, Malmö. The customer is Wihlborgs fastigheter AB, and the contract is worth SEK 103 million.

The building will be erected next to Ubåtshallen in the Västra Hamnen district of Malmö. The eight story carpark will hold around 400 new parking spaces.

The project is a turnkey contract, in cooperation. Construction has begun and will be completed in the autumn of 2017.

The project was order registered in the third quarter of 2016.
