Peab builds emergency room in Sunderby Hospital in Luleå

Peab has been commissioned to build an extension of the emergency room in Sunderby Hospital in Luleå. The customer is Region Norrbotten and the contract is worth SEK 264 million.

The project comprises an extension of the hospital that includes the emergency room. The helipad and emergency room will be rebuilt and the current buildings will be joined to the extension.

The commission is a traditional contract. Construction will start in May 2018 and is expected to continue for the next four years.

The project will be order registered in the second quarter of 2018.
