Peab builds health and safe living in Simrishamn

Peab has been contracted to build 42 rental units with high availability and 54 apartments for nursing and care homes in Simrishamn. The client is the New Joneberg Holding AD, a subsidiary Näckströms Properties AB and the contract amounts to SEK 115-130 million, depending on the final design choices.

Health and social care provider Aleris will be the tenant.
Work has begun and the apartments will be ready for occupancy in April 2015.

-         Peab has in a short time settled into the Joneberg project, actively contributed to a significant schedule and good design of the apartments. Joneberg Holding AB is looking forward to be able to offer the completed project to the Simrishamners, says Rikard Edenius, CEO of Näcktröms Properties and Chairman of Joneberg Holding.
