Peab builds hotel and housing in Landskrona

Peab has been commissioned to build a hotel and apartments in Landskrona. The customer is Arne Paulssons Byggnads AB, and the contract is worth SEK 310 million.

The five floor building will be erected by the old Ven Terminal, which is a first rate location providing the tenant owned apartment association Stadskajen with a view of the ocean. Hotel Öresund will run the hotel part and move its current operations there.

The commission is a turnkey, partnering project. The project has begun and will be completed in October 2018.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2016.
