Peab builds juvenile detention facility in Hässleholm

Peab has been commissioned to renovate and extend a juvenile detention facility in Hässleholm. The customer is Specialfastigheter Sverige AB and the contract is worth SEK 193 million.

The contract entails building a new wing of about 8,500 m2 and the renovation of around 1,200 m2. The property is located at Finjagatan 23 in Hässleholm.

The new wing is an execution contract and the renovation is a turnkey contract in partnering. The project will start in March and will be completed in February 2021.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2018.
