Peab builds office building in Jyväskylä, Finland

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building according to Peab’s Business Garden Concept in Jyväskylä, Finland. The customer is Specialplaceringsfond Fennica Fastigheter I and the contract is worth EUR 20 million.

The office building will be built according to Peab’s Business Garden Concept where efficient spacing and flexibility are key advantages. The tenants, Landis+Gyr and Jyväskylä Energy, have participated in the planning. The building will be 10,660 m2 and will hold around 550 offices.

This is a turnkey contract and construction begins in September 2018. The building is expected to be ready for occupation in March 2020.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2018.
