Peab builds office building in Malmö

Peab has been commissioned to build an office building in Västra Hamnen in Malmö. The customer and general contractor is Midroc Projects AB and the contract is worth SEK 109 million.

The office building will be seven stories high built on Propellergatan near Kockum Fritid in Västra Hamnen in Malmö.

This is a turnkey contract. The project will begin in August 2017 and be completed in the spring of 2019.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter 2017.
