Peab builds rental apartments in Uppsala

 
Peab has been commissioned to build 224 new rental apartments in Uppsala. The client is Uppsalahem and the contract amounts to SEK 340 million.

The project is called Bäcklösa stage 1 and is located in the south of Uppsala next to the university unit Ultuna. Bäcklösa stage 1 has been developed in collaboration between Uppsalahem and Peab.

The first sod will take place December 16, 2015 and final occupancy is scheduled for late in 2018.

The project will be reported in the fourth quarter of 2015
