Peab builds rentals in Upland

Peab has been contracted to build a total of 325 new rental apartments in Upland. Clients are Uppsalahem and Enköpings Hyrebostäder and the total contract amounts to SEK 405 million.
In Uppsala Peab will build 135 rental units for SEK 170 million and in Enköping 190 units to a value of SEK 235 million. The apartments will be ready for occupancy in the second half of 2015.
