Peab builds senior housing in Finland

Peab has been commissioned to build a home for the elderly in Seinäjoki, Finland. The customer is the pension insurance company Etera and the contract is worth EUR 13.5 million.

The home will contain, among other things, 84 apartments and a group residence for 31 people.
Construction will begin in October 2016 and the contract will be completed in the spring of 2018.

The project will be order registered in the third quarter of 2016.
