Peab builds shopping center in Kristianstad

Peab has been contracted to build the new mall in Kristianstad. The client is the Steen & Strøm and the contract amounts to SEK 625 million.
The mall will be built in two phases. Phase 1 will be completed in October 2013 and includes a building in seven planes of which 45,000 sqm parking and 10,000 square meters of trade.
Phase 2 will consist of 30,000 sqm of trade and will be completed in October 2014.
Work has begun and the project is in full completion in October 2014.
