Peab divests its holdings in Lemminkäinen

On Monday Peab divested all its 2,458,447 shares in Lemminkäinen. The divestment generated a positive cash effect of around SEK 575 million.

The transaction will be reported in the fourth quarter and affect net financial items positively by some SEK 90 million.
