Peab refurbishes apartments in Helsinki

Peab has been commissioned to refurbish 470 apartments in Munkkivuori in Helsinki.  The customer is AsuntoOy Ulvilantie 29 and the contract is worth EUR 16 million.

The project entails refurbishing water and sewage systems, electrical wiring and bathrooms. The work has already begun and is expected to be completed in May 2020.

The project will be order registered in the first quarter of 2018.
