Peab renovates Medborgarhuset in Stockholm

Peab has been commissioned to renovate
Medborgarhuset in Södermalm, Stockholm.  The
customer is Stockholms Stad, Property Department and the contract is worth SEK 617
million.

The renovation comprises improving access in and around Medborgarhuset, modernizing meeting places and reducing their environmental impact as well as general preservation construction to protect the building’s historical cultural value.

The entire project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2020.

The project will be order registered in the fourth quarter of 2017.
