Peab Sells Residential Property in Linköping

Peab sells residential property Ishalkan 18 in Linköping. Buyers are Slättö AB and property value amounts to approximately SEK 120 million.

The property comprises 72 apartments and has a living space of approximately 4,700 sqm. Rental apartments are under construction and will be complete in January 2015.

Withdrawal from the property will be on 30 December 2014.
