Peab to build apartments in Gothenburg

Peab has been contracted to build 155 new apartments in Gothenburg. The client is the HSB and the contract amounts to SEK 339 million.

The homes will be built in Örgryte Torp in central Gothenburg. The contract is divided into Studio 1 with 59 apartments and Studio 2 with 96 apartments. It is a turn-key contract which will commence in September 2014. Apartments in Studio 1 will be ready for occupancy in summer 2016 and Studio 2 is expected to be completed by summer 2017.

Studio 1 will be reported in the second quarter of 2014 and the Studio 2 in the third quarter.
