Peab to build student flats at KTH in Stockholm

Peab has won the contract to build 234 student flats at KTH Campus, Stockholm. The customer is Akademiska Hus and the contract amounts to SEK 224 million.

It is a turnkey contract with a construction start in May 2016 and completion will be done in stages and the first occupancy is expected to October 2017 and final occupancy takes place in November 2018.

The project reported in the second quarter.
