Peab upgrade Tåsentunnelen in Oslo

Peab has been commissioned to carry out an upgrade of Tåsentunneln in central Oslo. The client is the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and the contract amounts to 152 MNOK.

The mission consists of about 20 percent construction technical work and 80 percent electronic upgrade. The work includes modernization of technical areas and evacuation routes, repair of joints and replacement of electronic equipment.

The project was reported in the second quarter in 2016.
