Pihlajalinna and Fennia to extend and deepen their cooperation

Pihlajalinna, a provider of social, health and well-being services, and Fennia Mutual Insurance Company are looking to deepen and extend their cooperation. The objective of the new, long-term, nationwide cooperation agreement is to provide customers with comprehensive health and well-being services, ensure more effective and faster care chains, create new types of occupational health care concepts for companies, and to improve customer guidance. Pihlajalinna's and Fennia’s partnership dates back to 2015.

In addition to health care services, Pihlajalinna provides Fennia’s customers with the FenniaHoitaja service which has received excellent feedback from users. The service allows the patient to quickly contact a nurse to receive advice on care, book appointments with physicians when necessary and get help with insurance-related matters. In addition, Fennia’s customers have the possibility of using Pihlajalinna’s AI-assisted remote doctor service.

“I’m very happy about our increasing cooperation with Fennia,” says Joni Aaltonen, CEO of Pihlajalinna. “Pihlajalinna has expanded significantly over the past months, and I believe that cooperation with Fennia will increase the general awareness of our services and help our customer base to grow, especially in our new regions.”

“By collaborating with Pihlajalinna, we can offer our customers a comprehensive range of services and an excellent customer experience. Customers have been very satisfied with the FenniaHoitaja service, and access to care has been smooth and fast. Our average NPS has been nearly 80 from the start, which means that customers are happy to recommend our services to others. Quality is essential, as we use this channel to serve more than 70,000 of Fennia’s customers every year. We also have high expectations for the new occupational healthcare service concept that we will launch for entrepreneurs and companies together,” says Antti Kuljukka, Group CEO at Fennia.
