Polygon AB (publ) reg. no 556816-5855 announces that it has amended the early bird consent fee structure for the consent solicitation process for its outstanding up to maximum EUR 180,000,000 senior secured floating rate notes due 2019 with a current outstanding total nominal amount of EUR 120,000,000 (ISIN SE0005878535) (the “Notes”) announced on 11 October 2016 (the "Consent Solicitation"), so that all holders of the Notes casting a vote (regardless of whether it is in favour, abstain or against) may be eligible to receive an early bird consent fee of 1.50 per cent. in respect of the Notes (the "Early Bird Consent Fee"), subject to the conditions otherwise outlined in the consent solicitation memorandum dated 11 October 2016 (the “Consent Solicitation Memorandum”).

The voting deadline to receive the Early Bird Consent Fee is extended from 19 October 2016 at 17:00 CET to 21 October 2016 at 17:00 CET (the voting record date however remains 19 October 2016). Investors holding their Notes through a nominee should meet the deadlines set by such nominee.
