Polygon has signed an agreement to acquire Bretagne Assèchemenent, Bretagne Assèchement Nord and Normandie Assistance (BBN) in France. The acquisition will add around 50 employees with reported annual sales of EUR 5 million.

“Our target is to be the no. 1 or 2 in each country where we operate. France is an important geography for us where we still have a relatively small footprint. The acquisition of this regional market leader is the first natural step in becoming a strong national provider for our customers”, says Erik-Jan Jansen, President & CEO of Polygon Group.

For a long time, I have known BBN as a respected competitor. I am very happy to see a professional and successful team joining the Polygon family”, says Julien Meyniel, Country President.

“We are very excited that Polygon has selected us to become part of their Group. I am also very proud of what BBN has achieved and I feel that we are ready for the next phase in our exciting journey.” says Serge Aréguian, Owner and Managing Director at BBN.
