Polygon has been awarded Platinum status by Investors in People (IIP), its highest accreditation level. In the words of IIP, accreditation at this level signifies a great employer, a great place to work and a commitment to continuous improvement and sustainability.

In 2017 Polygon in UK welcomed over 80 new colleagues to support its growth. The company has always taken great pride in its open, inclusive and engaged culture, and encourages everyone within the business to challenge, improve and share responsibility.

Openness and regular communication have always been seen as a vital part of Polygon’s culture. Through an annual internal survey Polygon continuously assesses the overall perception, happiness and engagement of all colleagues, teams and their leader and have shown good progress in recent years.

Polygon received the Platinum Award as one of the few companies in a community of more than 10,000 companies. In addition to that accreditation, Polygon received the Health and Wellbeing Award.
